Kamayan Packages
Kamayan is a traditional Filipino style of dining where food is laid out family-style on banana leaves and enjoyed using your hands. The word “kamayan” comes from kamay, meaning “hand.”
It’s a festive, communal feast built around connection — shared dishes, vibrant flavors, and the joy of gathering around one table. A Kamayan spread typically includes rice, grilled meats or vegetables, seafood, fresh salads, lumpia, noodles, sauces, and tropical fruits. At Laughing Monk, we offer both vegan and non-vegan versions in honor of Chef Reina’s plant-forward cooking and Filipino roots.
